Amy Louise Paul, victim of Cyber Bullying - Part 3

After the police, who never came back after 24 hours Amy Louise Paul's mother got even furious. "People sweep it under the carpet but they are playing with children's lives. My daughter was in such a terrible state", Lisa, Amy's mother, said. The bully who was responsible for the Facebook group was forced to take down the page by their head teacher, although Amy Louise still had thoughts that people would still be talking about the Facebook group and that there would be even more negative comments about her. Later, Child Line eventually helped Amy Louise after she reached them through their website. It is said that the adults who grew up in the world when there was no technology may struggle to understand the impact of Cyber Bullying. NSPCC reveals that 38% of young people have been affected by Cyber Bullying and states that 24% have received abusive text messages and the rest abusive emails. Cyber Bullying leads children to depression and anxiety, others have taken their own lives. Amy Louise urges that if anyone is suffering from Cyber Bullying to seek for help, especially with Child Line. Amy says that if it wasn't for Child Line she wouldn't be here today. Amy Louise finally has been able to move  from her past and is really looking towards the future. Now Amy is off to college to study law, politics, and English.

Amy Louise Paul, victim of Cyber Bullying - Part 2

After the Facebook page became expanding and many people joined the group Amy got worse and she started questioning herself why is she even alive and contemplated suicide. Amy stated: "I was very upset, words can't describe how upset I was. I thought everything had been taken away from me and I didn't know what to do. It made me so I didn't want to wake up in the morning. I didn't want to go to school or see anybody and it made wanting to carry on living very difficult. At one point I did want to take my own life". Amy's mother who is 45 years old and is a shop manager found about the hate group and she was very mad but couldn't do nothing. Her mom found out because Amy was crying when her mom picked her up at school and Amy told her everything about the hate group. Amy's mom, Lisa, started taking care of it, although, the school didn't take it seriously because the girl responsible for the hate group didn't have consequences and when Lisa had frequent meetings, the school board wasn't interested on Amy's problem. Then, Amy's mom reported the problem to the police and it took the police to come 24 hours but they never got back to them.

Amy Louise Paul is from Peterborough and thanks for Child Line her life has changed after all and she supported all the struggle she went through because of Cyber Bullying. It all started when Amy was 13 years old and she had a disagreement with one of her friends at school, then one of her friends created a Facebook group which stated to join the Facebook group if they wished that Amy was already dead. The Facebook page group was sent to all her friends in Facebook and then people started to join the group and many people actually did join. Also, in the Facebook page people left rude comments and that caused Amy Louise to affect her wellbeing and happiness. Amy said that "Before the cyber-bullying started I was happy but afterwards I didn't want to talk to anyone or be around anyone and I even cut myself off from my family". Amy used to love school and being excited to go to school to learn new stuff but then she didn't like to go to school anymore. Although, everything was on the internet. When Amy arrived home she'd go on the computer and worried that someone would say something about it while she was online and the group started to invade everywhere.

Ally, the brave girl - Part 2

The bullying started when she studied at King Street School in Port Chester in the second grade. Ally weighed 60 pounds in the second grade because she needed to take medication for Hashimoto's thyroiditis and Graves' disease that were autoimmune diseases of the thyroid gland. Ally's classmates would start treating her bad telling her that she was gross and her stomach vas very huge. The harassment started when Ally was in fourth and fifth grade, the popular boy made all of Ally's classmates to hate her and would exclude her of many things, for example that she couldn't play on the school playground because then it would break because Ally ate too much. Although Ally's friend "confronted" her by saying that the kids would keep her around just to make fun of her. Ally's mom didn't knew about this problem and neither did the school staff. Later, the Del Montes would move to New Milford, Connecticut when Ally would finish fifth grade. Ally was introduced as the new fat girl and in sixth and seventh grade, she had good years and also was in the cheerleading team. But later, in the eighth grade one of Ally's friend turned on her and prank phone calls and texting that she was pathetic, worthless, and that her mother should have aborted her. Also, Ally was pushed into lockers and spit on. Ally started cutting herself and after her suicide attempt her mother got her help with therapy and medication.

Bullied 10-year-old girl commits suicide

In 2011, a girl named Jasmine McClain, 10 year old, was found dead in her bedroom on a Monday night because of bullying and she decided to take her life away because she couldn’t handle anymore kids treating her badly. Jasmine hanged herself on a Monday night and her mother said that the last breath she took was in her arms. Jasmine’s mother was devastated that she couldn’t believe that kids these days would be so mean. Jasmine’s death was known for being suicide, because she was picked on at Chadbourne Elementary School, where children would make fun of her shoes and her clothes. The case was going to be closed until there were posts found on Facebook and gave them more information about the case. Jasmine left school for a while although she came back to school about a month later.  Before this incident, two years ago State lawmakers passed two anti-bullying laws which were Cyber bullying, online bullying, harassing people and making fun of people, and bullying in school property. Although, after Jasmine’s death there wasn’t any criminal charges yet because it wasn’t yet determined who were the people in charge of treating Jasmine McClain so bad that it would make Jasmine take her life away. The principal Deanna Shuman from Chadbourn Elementary, was working with the police to investigate the case of Jasmine McClain.

Later, a new girl entered Julie's grade and that's when this new girl tried to manipulate Julie but Julie wouldn't let herself fall for it. Then the new girl began controlling the girls in Julie's grade and the new girl decided to bully Julie. The girls who were controlled by the new girl began to make Julie's life impossible. Julie, the girl bullied at school.

There is this girl whose name is Julie. Julie lives in Denmark, located in Europe. Julie, from Denmark, decided to share her story of her being bullied at school and how she is trying to get over it, although the past is still spreading in her thoughts. Julie was bullied when she was 7 until when she was 14 years old. The bullying started at her first school where she was known for being shy and had only some few friends. Actually, her only friend was her friend because she could push Julie whenever she wanted and the popular girls in school didn't talk to Julie or know her existence. Julie had her favorite teacher that always defended her of not being treated bad in classroom but later he quit and that's when the bullying really started. The bullies, who were girls, treated Julie horribly by making fun of her, call her mean nicknames, and spreading rumors. The nicknames really affected her that Julie started to believe it to herself. Boys would also laugh and push her around just like the girls hit Julie many times. Julie was afraid of going back to school, that's when Julie finally changed schools.
